I got a used 360 a few weeks ago, and flashed it about 2 days after(samsung drive btw) it worked for a good 2 weeks with no problems a few freezes after playing for 9 hours or so, but i guess i finally killed it with the three red lights of death(red lights on all the RoL except the top right), im not sure if it was cuz i played it so hardcore (like 5-10 hours at a time) i didn't have the intercooler, so i guess that helped since from what i read the three red lights could mean a over heating problem... but anyway im pretty sure im screwed $279 down the drain, im going to try to take the 360 back to gamestop and see if i can get my money back towards a new 360. i really dont think it'll work since i cut my void sticker with a razor blade thorugh the part that connects the 2 plastic pieces, and more then likely they wont refund me.... sorry i've rambled on for long enough. Just wanted to let u the guys thinking about getting a 360 know even tho i love xbox over all the other consoles, and even tho between me and my brother we have had 4 360s die on us now, ill continue buy them (will once i get enough money saved for a new one) Just kno its no walk in the park, or at least in my experince... hope the rest of u have better ones!

You can trying taking it back to gamestop. If you cut it well I don't think they are going to examine it that hard if it's all still on there. What do you have to lose? I'll give you something on it if you don't come you don't come up with anything better.

Man, you'll definitely be able to return it to the shop without a drama. I've had this happen 2 360's of mine which I've been able to return both times. As long as there is no obvious modification to the outer shell or inner parts, you'll be fine.

Well that's not the cleanest looking cut. If done right it all looks a possible natural indention rather than a cut. I could see them telling you no dice if they bother to check it. They may not even check it though.
