PSP 2.71SE-B wont install 3.02OE

my psp is 2.71SE-b and when ever i run the installer for 3.02OE-A it just crashes, ive tryed restartin my comp, formating my mem stick and each time it says it cannot continue...im all out of ideas.. any help is appreciated... thanks

try upgrading to 2.71 se-c and then upgrading to 3.02 oe-a

that and try following a guide and make sure your read and follow each step.
