I just need info on what to do regarding the custom firmwares that were released recently. I am currently running 2.6 on my PSP. What are the steps needed to update it to OE-B. Does OE-B requires u to have a 1.5 PSP? Feedback and guidance needed on this matter.

I would say upgrade to 2.71, then downgrade to 1.5 and update to OE-B

the sony 2.71 FW, then if you have a TA-082 use DA's new downgrader and downgrade to 1.5 and upgradde to 3.02 OE-A

if not TA-082 then update to 2.71 and look for other downdater
