hi eternalis/experts, i have a question on the SCE Updater mentioned here (from eternalis recovery guide):
-Run Program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP: This option allows you to recover your PSP when it is semi-bricked (this happens when something goes wrong during flashing fonts, gameboots etc. You will know when your PSP is semi-bricked as it will be able to access the recovery menu :) ). Note: In order for this recovery to work, you must have the RECOVERY folder (which is included with 3.02 OE-A in the "Flasher for recovery" folder) in X:\PSP\GAME (where X is the drive letter of your PSP). You must also have an SCE Updater (e.g the update EBOOT.PBP for firmware 1.5) renamed to UPDATE.PBP in X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\. The PSP will run the updater that you put in X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY. So if you put a firmware 1.5 EBOOT.PBP (renamed to UPDATE.PBP) in the folder, after recovery, your PSP will have firmware 1.5.
Doesnt expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected and therefore mean youre expecting the expected which was the unexpected until you expected it?
