Please help! Cannot find unlock code for Nokia 5210e

I have tried two codes, but they were generated using a 5210 model number, which has killed 2 of 4 attempts... so no more mistakes! Can I enter a code at all on this handset? Someone said it requires a cable.

Did you generate the following codes?

#pw+534 542 687 7+1#
#pw+057 563 727 1+2#

Enter codes WITHOUT spaces.
Remove sim first, power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If you see "Code error", don't try again!!!
If you see "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!
ONLY TRY THE CODES ONCE!
