SNES Emulator does this happen to you?

I am using 'SnesPSP_TYL v0.4.2 ME' emulator on a 1.5 all the games are working fine but when playing them the sound is a bit slow sounds like it needs speeding up a little. Is this the norm when playing roms? Or shall i try another emulator?

And also are all roms identical for examlple if i download super mario kart from one website will the game work juts the same as if i downloaded from another website?

Please help!?
