I would like to order Pro Evolution Soccer 6 for my XBOX 360. This game is a PAL game and my XBOX 360 is NTSC. Will any of the modified firmwares allow me to do this?

Nope, wait for Winning Eleven like the rest of us NTSC people have to. I know it sucks, but FIFA07 is pretty decent this year. Might tide you over.
