Hey there.

Could anyone tell me how to disable a modchip? A Matrix Infinity modchip . I need to turn it off so it is invisible to online gaming. I have the slim ps2. (i'm trying to play an ORIGINAL GAME online)

Any comment would be appreciated.

NVM, i know how to disable it, but i don't know how to turn it to stealth mode.

Stealth mode and Disable are the same thing

Switch off, Hold START, Power On
(You should see DISABLED on teh screen)
Press in the power once (so it reboots) and you have an 'unmodded' PS2 that is untill you put it into standby.

Just curious, what happens when you try to play the orginal games online with the enabled modchip?

You get DNAS ERROR -402 INVALID MEDIA DISC
OR else you get DNAS ERROR -612
OR Connection times out

another thing that happened to me, I logged on killzone and got banned.
