OK, first off I am not trying to be rude but please do not bump your thread just because no one responds. The forum has a function that contains all the threads that haven't been replied to and I am sure a decent amount of people use it.
Second:
Have you recently run a full Antivirus scan with up-to-date definitions? If it found anything did you quarantine/delete it?
Have you run Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D? If you haven't I would download those. Make sure to update both of them before running a complete system scan. Delete anything they find.
I would also use CCleaner which you can get here. It cleans out your registry and other parts of the PC which helps things speed up.
Finally, have you recently defragmented your hard drive?
I am not a HjT log expert but it doesn't look like anything bad is running on your system. Please do those scans I mentioned and report back if you would like more help.

Corse you would, im not an expert but i know fixing, for example,
O3 - Toolbar: Yahoo! Companion - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn\ycomp5_5_7_0.dll
Would speed up my computer. Usually i would have gone through and done this myself but there was loads and wanted to make sure i wouldnt by mistake choose a wrong one and cripple my computer!

Hehe, obviously you know a bit about computers as you have (according to your sig) successfully OC'd your processor by a decent amount.
But, by looking at your log again, here are a few things:
Get rid of your toolbars, you don't need any of them (although you can keep them, I only recommend keeping one if any at all).
Get rid of Quicktime (at least at the bootup) and MSN messenger (again at least at bootup). Same thing with the Java updater.
Make sure (although you have probably already checked this) that all your software is up to date.
Same thing with drivers, but again you might have checked into that as well.
