Hi,
I had a 2.00 which was downgraded to 1.50 > 3.02 oe-a > 3.02 oe-b
I am able to play my Tales of eternia ISO just with the custom firmware, but was unable to play my other ISOs that worked when i had 1.50
Error msg was usually "game could not be started"

So I installed Devhook 0.51 with the Firmware installer, which I had to try several times to copy onto my PSP as the multiple attempts resulted in "Corrupted files"
Now after Devhook, it is able to play a few more ISOs of mine. Just wondering if I have to fiddle with my 3.02 oe-b config or not. As before I tried setting it to 1.50 kernel. disabling NO-umd, etc.
Now, Some ISO/CISOs still dont work, and some of my game saves gets corrupted.

But Now i'm trying to get psx games on my psp started. I've already re formatted my mem stick, and placed the SLUS##### folder in my game folder and set the kernel to 1.50

One PSX game showed as Corrupted file, the other had the image there and everything, got past the PSP white screen and then it faded into black, but unfortunately got the "game could not be started" error once again! Could it just be my memory stick that's causing the hassle?

Please help, I've exhausted all the forums and cannot seem to find an answer!

Thanks in Advance :)

Are you ripping your own games?
What is your region? ie:America, Europe.

No, they are just torrents from BT. Seem to be pretty reliable as they have a good amount of seeds.

My region is probably PAL or EUR? I am in New Zealand and I got my PSP off a net auction. So it will be an EUR ver.

Can you help me? Thanks

Please help!
My 3.02 oe-b firmware on my psp can only play like 1 ISO, and with my UMD games it always has a chance of having corrupt saves.

Like 99% of the ISOs or CSO I put into my memory stick wont play, it just Loads the PSP white screen logo, then screen goes black and turns off or if i load it through devhook the devhook menue freezes after it reboots into firmware for burnout legends.

With the PSX games its a no-go as well...
