That is normal.

To get your own icons, download the ICON0.PNG, PIC0.PNG and PIC1.PNG for your game from here:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=60732

Then place them in the same folder as popstation.exe and convert your ISO again.
