I cant upgrade to 3.02oe-B HELP!

I have a non downgraded 1.5 firmware psp. I use chaos simple installer to upgrade 3.02oeA. Everything works perfectly, i can even run game on higher fw. But when i tried to upgrade to 3.02oeB, i keep getting this error "the game could not be started (80020148). I even format my memory stick, but no luck. Someone please help!

did you put the stuff in the GAME150 Folder

mine is 1.5 psp. I dont have a GAME150 folder. And by stuff you mean the update file?

0_o ummm just put it in the game folder then or try making a Game 150 folder unless the 1.5 was the original firmware

try using a tutorial instead of winging it. just search the the forums search bar

all the guide said just run it like a game. I did and the error shows up.

i haven't tried the upgrade yet, but i think you just create the GAME150 folder. when your in usb mode just double click on psp and create the new folder there. you will already see the GAME folder, but you need a GAME150 folder there too.

zen duo u just saved my life =D. yea i need game and game150 folder. First i thought game150 folder is only needed if you do it with 2.7se or something. THanks

ok now i got 3.02oeb, and i have a fixed ff7 psx .PBP file. where do i put the key.bin and eboot.PBP file in?

Its FF7 disc 1 right?
If so, put the EBOOT.PBP and KEYS.BIN in in X:\PSP\GAME\SCUS94163\ (where X is the drive letter of your PSP).
