Well, I downloaded the Hot Shots Golf game and it came with all of the necessary files that are stated in the readme for 3.02 oe-B. Right now I am trying to get Tomba! in the .bin format to work, but I don't understand the instructions in the readme. Can someone please elaborate or tell me step by step how to make the .bin into a .pbp?
