I have 3.02oe-a, and when I run the 3.02oe-b update, an error screen comes up saying it can't happen.

extract the OE-B insatler to your MS. dont manually put the files in your self.

turn off your psp completely and go in recovery mode then u have to go to configuration and change 3.02 kernal to 1.5 kernal

Not really, the files go inside the 3.02 kernal. and when u extract to MS they go inside the GAME folkder which should by defualt be set to 3.02 kernal.
