Hello,

My mothers web browser's internet explorer and Firefox will not show web sites right. It will block pictures, some not others, it will block web page backgrounds like this site,you can't see the blue background or the borders around buttons. I've checked every setting in Firefox and internet explorer to see if anything is amiss but everything matches my settings, unless there's something I'm missing. I have also updated to the newest Firefox for her and started it in safe mode but still the same. Also I thought maybe Norton might be blocking them so I disabled it and still nothing. Any help would be great,I've spent countless hours over their (not really only like 3-4). Thank You
