i know what i need to do to upgrade, but i want some questions answered before i do. like: how do i run isos on oe-b, how do i run homebrew, and how do i run psx game? i have fw 1.5 so i now how to run homebrew and isos w/dh, i just want to know if the 2 fw are the same. thx

no, 3.02 OE a/b is better in the fact that you dont have to hold home l/r trigger for game selection and you dont have to run a program to access games you are upgrading to something special here my friend.

you can access all games from the game menu > memory stick and theres all your games ready to use just create an iso folder in the root of your mem stick and pop them in there go to game menu and away you go
