Okay, ive just downloaded "Easy 2.71 Downgrader" from http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755.

How do i check if my motherboard is a "TA082 MotherBoard". And what do i do with this downgrader i have downloaded. i am scared that i mite brick my psp.

yes i see it on my psp. i sorta gotta look at it at a different angle. it has IC1003. am i doomed??? i just bought my psp a couple days ago. i live in australia and i bought it in a australian shop. i didnt order it from anotha country or anything like that.

yep you have a TA-082 motherboar but your in luck because there is a TA-082 downgrader for 2.71.

so it works even for australian psp's. the software says that is intended for US north american psp's.

when i do use it. what are the risks of the psp bricking? High?
