Alright buddy, do you know how to those manualy mate? prob best off doing that to be honest m8, Lets you recieve the latest channels and broadcasts. What happends with the service.xmls is that you get channel data from when ever that service.xml was last updated and from my experience it tends to be weeks even months old. The channel data is constantly changing so basicly what im saying is tell ya how to do it manually but it does take about 30 mins or so once youve scanned for em , just to re order em lol. Or wait here hoping some1 got a service.xml and boquet file for your area.
