hey everyone what is the best emulater to play isos on your psp? thats what im asking you all ive got devhook 0.46 and im not getting any problems apart from one playing games is fine but im getting problems where it jumps whilst playing any ideas? plz post your replys thnks

3.02 OE-B is the best. You don't need devhook, just put the game in the ISO folder, and boom, you get a fully running iso game. With or without UMD.
