Keep GAME302, keep GAME, and add GAME150, make sure you have all of these folders in the PSP folder.
Press R when you boot your PSP to go to recovery mode, and then set the kernel to 1.5 (GAME) rather than 3.02 (GAME302). Put all your homebrew and the oeb update in GAME, and your homebrew and the oeb update should work now.
Anything that needs higher than 1.5 to run, like Loco Roco Xmas Demo for example, needs to go in the GAME302 folder for it to work.
USA Factory 1.5 > 2.71 SE-C > 3.03 OE-C, 4GB Sandisk + 1GB Sandisk, D-Pad Mod, SNES 9x_TYL 0.4.2, DGEN 1.70, NesterJ 1.11, DDR Mix V.1, PSP Revolution v.03 Anime, currently playing - Tony Hawk's Project 8, Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, WSC 2007
