it has both flashes because i used the flash23s, and the flash 16s just to see if it gave me the same error. I extracted all the files from the rar file... Maximus-Garyopa_XTRM-HITACHI_v2_3_Stealth_Rev2..... so i don't understand what it means because this is newer than the 2.2 and i extracted everything? If anyone can help id appreciate it. I also downloaded another file that i haven't tried cause i didnt know if it would work.. it is...Birdy_Hitachi-LG_friendly_Flasher_v2.2_with_Xtreme_v1.3_and_2.0.. so if you think this would be better than ill try this, just i preferred the other way of flashing my drive. Well thanks for the help!

When you extract the opa 2.3 you should have a folder named X-LG. Inside that folder you should have the .bat files, ect... Go into c:\x-lg\ then type flash23s.bat

ok, i ran that and it worked. the flash23s.bat file, everything ran through and said it patched successfully with firmware 100, and said it was safe to turn off system. I turned off the xbox, the drive popped open when it turned off, and so i turned on the xbox, closed the drive and everything worked. I didnt test it yet because i dont have a backup copy, but is that the only file i have to run to have it flashed correctly? Thanks for the help!
