can someone please explain how to unrar these files please i have WinZIP but dont know how to use it.

open the file with WinZIP and just drag and drop the files inside to wherever you want to keep them.

well you cant "unrar" with WinZIP you have to unzip and highlight the files you want to remove and then click extract and put them into a folder

If he has rarred files, doesn't he need WinRAR to unrar them?

go to rarlabs.com and get the latest WinRAR and it works the same way, just drag and drop

Download WinRAR it should work fine with that. It should even work with the unpacking tool from windows if you are using XP. But you say it doens't work. What error message are you getting then ??
