I've recorded about a 6min. feature to DVD, decrypted the DVD with DVD decrypter. I then converted it to an .mpg. Here's my problem: I need an AVI so I can make two windows media streams (one for broadband, one for 56k modems). Any ideas? I used this thing called Flask-It but the audio is broken up and out of sync. Thanks for your help.

Are you re-encoding the mpg file to AVI or are you starting fresh with the VOB files?

If you are using the vobs for the AVI try using the guides at the afterdawn site.
