How I can load ISOs via USB from the PC on 3.02 OE-B?

make a folder in the root o our memory stick clled ISO all in caps lock and drag and drop your cisos and isos in there

he wants to load isos from his PC without putting them on the psp.. i am quite sure oe-a doesnt do that..
