region free umd movies?

ok, so 3.02OE supposedly allows you to play any region of umd movie in your psp, but has anyone actually got this to work? i have enabled it in the recovery menu, but im not getting any luck, this is using a underworld evolution umd from australia (region 4) on my uk psp (region 2) but a dark crystal umd also from australia seems to work with or without the region free option enabled, even though it has the same region code according to the back... :-S

It should cuz i bought my psp from japan and a movie umd from america. It worked for me... Also, my firmware is 3.02 OE

thanks for replying and yeah, im thinking maybe later umds or something, as underworld evolution is pretty new so that could have something to do with it, but then again dark crystal was region free anyway when i had the option disbaled so im also thinking that perhaps some umds are just region (eg dark crystal region 4, and if this is the case whatever umd you are using) free despite what they say on the back and maybe that option just doesnt work in oe yet... well im not sure il just wait and see if anyone else has any problems or maybe a fix in 0e-c or something...
