I have a movie on my HDD and the extension is .VOB and when I use Videora to convert it to mp4 it finishes in about 1 second .
and it doesnt convert properly can anybody help me fix this?

If you have Nero, then use Nero Recode and go from there. I'm off to work, so if you need more help, I'll be back and show you how to convert into IPOD.

First make sure the VOB can be played on your pc.And make sure you have right codec for .mp4.

I got it working the reason it wasnt converting was that i had two versions of Videora on my PC so I deleted one and it worked fine.
