I ordered from them a couple days ago, and have yet to get any kind of tracking# for the order, etc. It has not been charged to the CC just yet, but anyway. The only phone number i have goes right to voicemail. I know many people that have ordered from them, so I was wondering what your experience is with them?

i ordered a 360 usb but not from the same store ..... and i have the hitachi 78 so it was a worthless purchase but the power connector does come in handy i also received a opening kit this morning :)

are you sure they have returned from the festive break?

I did think about that, and maybe that is the issue. I will give it until Monday, and if I do not hear anything, I will.... well, I dont know what I will do, but I will think of something.

I have used them before and had no problems, probably just the Christmas period getting in the way.
