I have a versio 2.60 PSP with a ta-082 MoBo and I was wondering whether it would be ok for me to use dark alex's downgrader or not... Would it still work for me since my psp isnt 2.71? Thanks for the help!

Upgrade to 2.71, then use the 2.71 downgrader. Make sure you use the one for TA-082, or else you'll end up with a brick. Good luck!

You mean use the ta-082 2.71 downgrader or ta-072 2.71 upgrader?

One more thing guys, I really appreciate the help..... but while I was following the guide I didn't understand this....

". From the PC copy the contents of C:\HEND\MPRoot to your memory stick root. That's the Removable drive again."

I don't get it, which folder do I copy the HEND files to on my PSP drive? For example my PSP drive is lettered "F". So do I copy the files to F:\PSP or F:\MP_ROOT? Please help guys this is all I need help with thanks so much!
