i just bought a psp its 2.80 ver. am i able to play iso games? ,and how can io go about doing this.

ISO's can only be played on firmware 1.5 with devhook or on the newest customized firmware 3.02 OE-B created by Dark-Alex. If you want to play IOS's you will first have to downgrade to 1.5 and then upgrade ugain to 3.02 OE-A and finally to OE-B . Still you should check that if you are useing firmware 2.80 or TA-082. According to that you should follow these guides:

Well, I've never heard of that, and besides, if it does exist, you'll only be able to do it after you downgrade. Did you buy your psp from the store or from someone? If it's from the store, than you need to use the ta-082 downgrader, if it's from someone else, than you need to check the motherboard by opening the umd door and look in the top right corner, if you see no numbers, than you don't have a ta-082 and can use the normal 2.80 downgrader.
Ta-082 2.6 > 2.71 > 2.5 > 2.6 > 2.8 > Brick > 2.6
> 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.71 M33 > 3.80 M33 > 3.90 M33-3 > 4.01 M33-2

Good, because if your psp is infact a ta-082, and you use a normal downgrader, your psp will magically be turned into a brick.

im not sure if this psp is originally a 2.80ver, because in the 32mb memory stick.I found a file that said PSP Update ver 2.80. So how can i downgrade to 1.5 then 3.2 to be able to play iso's

it doest matter if its a original 2.80 or upgrade 2.80.
If u go on system setting then system information on ur psp and u see that ur firware is 2.80 then you can downgrade just follow the guide on this forum.

w8 3.03 oe-b has to be oe-b just 3.03 or just 3.02 it won't work
