Can you run GTA-VCS in 3.02OE-B

Tried to run this game (in CSO) with "No-UMD Enable", but no luck, i.e. blank screen and never load.

Does FW 3.02OE-B support this game?

Hi,
Go into the recovery menu by fully turning off the psp then hold the right trigger button while turning back on,Then turn off no UMD then exit,Pop in a game and try loading it again...
