Playing movie on hard drive

I have decripted a movie onto my hard drive. The movie is now located in the program files. How do actually play this movie. Their are so many files in it. Is decripting and ripping the same thing? I am so new to this and have tried to locate the answer but I am confused with the results. I just need a basic answer.

Can somebody help me please.

You need a software dvd player, such as Cyberlink PowerDVD to play the files.

I use Win DVD and its great for playback.
