just got my son a xbox 360 for xmas
with 20gb hard drive but when you load from the hard drive it only says that there is 10.8gb storage and thats with out any game demos he downloads can anyone shed some light in this for me it would be truly greatfull

From what I understand the 360 uses around 7GB of space for the dashboard and other stuff, so you only get around 13GB of storage space.
That's what I think anyway.
