im ordering a psp.. and on the canada post website it said:
delivery attempted.a notification card was left with pick up details.

what does this mean?

*Update*
it actually said:

It means that the mailman stopped by your house to deliver the package but could not do it. He probably left a notice telling you where to pick the package.

Contact the people who mailed it, they should be able to give you a tracking number. Take this number to your local post office, package sould be waiting for you.

If you have a tracking number you can find it where it is. Where in Toronto do you live? Sometimes the post office is in Shoppers Drugmart like in my area.

Speaking as a Letter Carrier myself....each RPO (Retail Postal Outlet) has a designated area to cover. All contact items are directed to the designated RPO. This could be challenging depending on your area and the designation. :)
Phone all of them in the area but your best bet as stated before: try to get the tracking number first and goto canadapost website.

Barring that, if your in an apartment building, things can work differently in terms of the card being left. If a driver tries to deliver he may not have a key to the building thus he takes it back to the station and a day or so later u should get a card in the mail. LOL

Good luck.
