After burniing DVD its in black and white

I have used DVD Shrink to copy a dvd and change it from region one to region 2 The dvd is Into The West Evrything works fine but the finished burn is in black and white not color.
Any Help Please

Hi.

This may be an NTSC vs. PAL video format problem. Does you player play both formats? The Region 1 disk would be in NTSC format.
