I used to have an old Action Replay Max, but I would almost always encounter problems when I tryed to load it, I thought it was from all the scraches though. Recently I bought a newer version of Action Replay, and for some reason I am still getting "Disc Read Error" about half the time.

Is there a way I can fix this?

Unsure of how to fix your problem, but I strongly recommend you change your thread title to something more appropriate before a mod notices it and has it closed.

If you're receiving Disc Read errors on a new Disc then you may need to adjust your laser or you laser maybe going out on you...

You can also try cleaning your laser 1st
