I recently downgraded my TA-082 to FW 1.5. Then upgraded it to 3.03OE. A HUGE Thankyou to Dark_AleX, Mathieulh & Harleyg.
I was thrilled to be able to "back up" my games to ISO's and play them from the memory stick without the UMD! ;) - I think you know what I mean....
Anyway.... Since the down/upgrade, I have had no problems using any homebrew, or ISO images. However , none of my games "SAVED GAME" data seems to work properly.
So far, I have tried with "Ridge Racer", "Splinter Cell" & "World Rally Championship". I am able to save my game in any of these with no error. I can even see the saved game, and to some degree the data saved "within" them, BUT When I try to load these saved games, it comes up with "Corrupt Data" or "Load Failed. The data is corrupt" depending on the game.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I can do to fix it? I don't care if I can't load the games I have already saved.. but it I can not load "saved games", then I can never really significantly progress in any game :(
Any advice anyone can offer would be most appreciated.
