Just put 3.03ea onto my psp. Are there any settings you need to play with, if where are they?
Also what is certificate utility?

turn off the psp then boot it up holding down the r button

as for the certificate utility i'm not sure

The other thing is when i go to play a game on the memory card iv got the firmware install and a box saying corrupted data? Any idea what the corrupted data is?

that i belive is the recovery folder! it normal for that to be there

that is not anything to do with recovery menu, that corrupted data is left there by ur homebrew, just ignore it..
