unplayable disc error? help me figure it out guys???

ok So i created my backup and burned it with clonecd using the Pioneer 111d with verbatim DVD+R DL at 2.4 x. I have a Hitachi drive model: GDR-3120L, Rom ver:0046DH from Sept 05. my FW Maximus-Garyopa_XTRM-HITACHI_v2_3_Stealth. After burning my backup i put it in my xbox and got the unplayable disc error. I can't figure out whats the problem so i took my same backup of WWE smackdown and tryed it on my friends 360 which is a version 78 and it worked!!!!! please guys i really need your help i wanna solve this issue thanks as always guys.

(Also i backed up my Fight night 3 and it worked on both our 360's)

yeah both hitachi, i have the v46 and he has the v78
