Hi there, just wondering if anyone could help me.

When i want to record a tv programme, it records for one second then stops, when i want to play the recording, it crashed media center and leaves me with an 'application failure' and i have to restart the computer to be able to continue using media center, i have looked on the newsgroup section on Microsoft's website but there are others having troubles and none of them leave a solution to the problem so whats the point lol :S

anyone have any idea how to fix this???

any help would be greatly appreciated
