What firmware are you on?,have you just upgraded or downgraded,have you tried resetting default system settings? and then trying again.

Maybe b'cause the signal strength is too low?

Or maybe the wifi antenna in ur psp is not in place?

A-ha! Spotted BIG Mistake!

The part when u select the first access point , there is a WEP security!

Then after u chose a connection, there is a part of:

WLAN Security Setting
None
Wep
WPA-PSK(TKIP)
WPA-PSK(AES)

right?

U should chose the second one, cause ur first connection has security!!

The WEP one OK!

But u must enter ur security code......figure it out!

I did put in the WEP KEY after and before the video but i get the same message. Is there a way to remove WEP key from my computer. i have Telus 2700HG-E Gateway
