I came to a point after completing 39% of the game where it seems like there arent any more missions. The last mission i did was killing the japaneese woman's husband and she commits suicide. Is that the last mission? Because i aint getting phone calls for another mission anymore. If it is the last mission, how can i have only completed 39% of the game?

Also don't forget that the game percentage of completion also includes the hidden packages and every little other side quest etc.
