Hey i just got a motorola razr v3t mp3 and have been very unsuccessful in transfering songs to my phone. I keep getting this message "Cannot be transfered because of I/O device error" first i thought the phone might have been defected so i returned it for another... and i'm still having the same problem. If anyone can please help me out i would really appreciate it. THANKS
