You defiantly need a firmware update from the VPDE you have installed now. The firmware version is now VSOM and you can get the firmware from the link below (I have linked it directly to the firmware which is hosted on Lite-Ons website)...
http://www.liteonamericas.com/twnmain/DO...are/DR8VS0M.zip
If you still have problems I would suggest trying different media. (It could be a compatibility issue with the media)
The Media you are using ProdiscF02 is listed under 2nd class media and it is recommended to use 1st Class Media for Video burning. Below is the media guide that list this information...

2-0-0-0 D:LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-832S VPDE
2-0-1-0 E:SAMSUNG CD-ROM SC-148A B402
That makes allot of sense. LOL
It says: No matched drive detected!
This utility is only for LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-832S drive
But yet it is detecting D:LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-832S VPDE.
Try to uninstall the DVD drive and have windows reinstall it. Do this by doing the below steps...
START/CONTROL PANEL/SYSTEM/HARDWARE TAB/DEVICE MANAGER
Now double click the CD/DVD ROM Devices so it will branch down. Find the LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-832S drive and right click and choose uninstall. Now reboot your system and windows will install the drive again and then try to update the firmware.

The only thing I can think of why it is not updating is if the DVD drive came with your HP computer and it has an OEM firmware on it. I went to HP site and they say the latest firmware version for your drive is the firmware you are using. But if you go to Lite-On site there is a newer firmware out for that Model number.
So maybe since its an OEM drive installed on your HP computer the Lite-On Firmware can't be installed on the drive. Maybe someone else will come along and can give you other things to try.

Is this a Play Station Disk you are trying to copy?
If so, have you ever been able to copy a Play Station disk
using DVDDecrypter before this one?

I think it has to do with having the HP OEM version of firmware on the drive. So you can not use a Lite-On update to flash to the updated firmware.
But you could use a patched version update to update to the VSOM version. code guys have a patched version of the firmware that other people have used with the HP OEM versions of that Lite-On model and have had success with it.
If your interested you can get patched firmware from the site below...
