Help with IR Shell 3.1 running on 3.03 OE-A'

Has anyone got IR Shell 3.1 to work with 3.03 OE-A'. I have everything setup right but when I launch IR Shell it start then goes to a black screen then doesn't do anything after that. I do have other homebrew apps working but I can't get this one to work. I don't know if it's a problem with IR Shell or me. Any help on this would be great.

My PSP dosent even reconginze the file. I've set all the folders correctly but when I go back to the PSP menu I cant find the file. I just see corrupted data in the game section

Make sure you copy the 1.50 folders of IR Shell 3.1 to the GAME folder. One file shows the app and the other one says corrupted.
