hey i need some help on error code 5, is there a way to fix it without a chip?

this si what i got

with a slayer evo-x cd. Now you choose "Eeprom management." Than you choose: "Lock hdd." It takes one second. After its ready it should say something like "Done"

is it a boot disk cause i cant get to a dashbord
