I found this forum today and I'm hoping you can help:

I have just started using the above software (4.6) and wondered if it was possible to finalise a CD-R that has already been started in the software as multisession - I understand that a multisession cannot be used on other computers until finalised

To my knowledge that understanding is incorrect. You can still use the disc on other computers.
