hey everyone

Ive been trying to burn the inside man with denzel washington for a little while now i first tried decrypting it with DVD Decrypter but it never can decrypt the vob1_01 so i tried to go into DVD Shrink and do it directly there but because it wasnt decrypted it wouldnt work then i tried to reauthor it and just select the main movie section and it analyzed it once and had it in the re authored dvd section but i tried to take the dvd out of the drive so i could put in a blank one to copy it to but then it told me it would delete the file which it had to and now i cant get it to re analyze it for re authoring.

HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN COPYING THE INSIDE MAN WITH DVD SHRINK< DECRYPTOR OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE? PLEASE HELP

DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter haven't been updated in a few years and can't handle newer encryptions. You will need either DVDFab Decrypter or Ripit4me to do Inside Man. DVDFab Decrypter will rip your DVD the same as DVD Decrypter used to and then you will use DVD Shrink as usual. Ripit4me uses DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter, but updates them via PSL plugin, FixVTS and automates the whole process.

Here are some guides:

I would suggest Imgburn for the burning to replace DVD Decrypter. It is brought to us via LUK who authored DVD Decrypter, but is the burn engine side minus the ripper.

antoinew8-

DVD Decrypter & DVD Shrink are not updated any longer. They are still powerful programs. This movie is not a difficult movie to do. You can go to http://dvdidle.com/free.htm and download the free copy of DVDFab Decrypter. after you use Fab you will not have a problem using Shrink.

Go to http://www.ripit4me.org and download all of the programs to RipIt4Me. You will notice that two of the programs you already have. You can find guides to use it on this forum. I use RipIt4Me if I have a problem with Fab. The process takes a little longer to complete but the program works well. Normally when it opens DVD Shrink I just do the analysis and then close it. I open VobBlanker Link
to remove unwanted material. My buddy "Alkohol" wrote a guide to using this program Link

After using VobBlanker I normally use Recode2, but you can use Shrink to shrink the image. Try to do two things. 1) Keep your compression ratio at as close to 70% and above as you can for better quality. 2) Set your maximum output to 4400 unless you are using high quality DVD's, then you can set it to 4450. You do this to keep from burning to the edge of the DVD were you will have problems.

P.S. Try not to use capitals in your sentences. Read the forum rules to learn that that is a way of yelling. Good luck!
