ok i got a 3.02 oe-b psp is it safe now to upgrade to 3.03 oe-b? there are so many threads saying whether its safe or not and if so can u post a link to a tut please.

i think you need to upgrade to 3.03 OE-A then 3.03 OE-A' then 3.03 OE-B

you'll be fine. the danger was in the downgrading (if any)
