i have been looking[b]EVERYWHERE[b] but can't find anything that works properly with windows xp proffesional edition can someone tell me a few sites to get some

Because the theme files in XP are proprietary, (means you're not free to change them)...you have to download a uxtheme.dll patch (Google) in order to use some of the best visual style themes out there.

However, if you don't feel like playing around with changing system files...for Visual Styles type themes (static XP like) there's:

But..if you want to get into more creative themes by some really good artists there's:

Stardock's WindowBlinds and WinCustomize.
