Dreamcast Emulator on PSP?

I'm currently attempting to put Street Fighter Third Strike on my PSP somehow. I'm wondering if I could put the dreamcast version on my psp so here's my question:

I have 3.03 OE-B Firmwire and want to know if I can somehow put a Dreamcast Emulator on my PSP. Or if I can somehow put Street Fighter Third Strike on my PSP. I'm a big fan of the game so having this game on my portable would be awesome.

Would I be able to use this method (Even though it states that you can only do this w/1.50) or if anyone knows how I can do this.

All help is greatly appreciated.

i have no idea but if you hold L + R while booting up your psp you can change the firmware thats it loading from 3.03 to 1.5 and then change it back again. dont know if this will help you at all!
